Q – May I store my belongings somewhere if necessary?
A – Yes. We have storage facilities near Wake Forest University's campus and throughout the United States. Whether you require storage for a few weeks or several months, rest assured that your items are safely stored in a clean and secure facility.

Q How accurate are your estimates?
A – It is our priority to provide you with accurate pricing for your relocation. In order to accomplish this, we must receive accurate information from you. This is why it's important to schedule an in-home estimate. We'll customize the estimate based on your belongings and needs, so you’ll have peace-of-mind that your pricing is accurate.

QHow are my goods covered for damages?
A – As an approved mover for Wake Forest University, we will provide up to $100,000 of valuation coverage at no cost to you. This coverage will also be in effect if you require storage at one of our warehouse facilities. Please note there is an additional fee for coverage in excess of $100,000.

QWhen will my items arrive at destination?
A – The distance between your current and new locations primarily determines the required transit time. Your relocation coordinator will establish a satisfactory delivery schedule with you when preparing your quote. And, your driver will contact you at least 24-48 hours prior to delivery to confirm exact times and details.
